Scheduling appointment
Lotus Kinects is excited that you are taking the necessary step to focus on your health and wellness. To make an appointment, please contact us at 786-383-2623 or complete the consultation form.
As a client, your time is valuable to us. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the new client intake packet.
During your first session, expect:
- A review of previous treatment/programs
- General overview of nature of concern
- Begin therapy/training sessions
Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes. Therefore, it is imperative to arrive on time or give proper notification of at least five hours before the scheduled appointment of cancel or reschedule. As a courtesy, this allows for other clients to occupy those times currently reserved. Late or recurrent cancellations will ultimately result in a charge for the full session and/or a consultation fee will be required before future appointments can be made.
PAYMENT
When clients contract for services, they are expecting to be provided with the best resources and support available. The fees assessed are based on proven benefits and outcome of receiving therapy.
Payment will be collected at the time services are rendered. Cash, debit card, and credit card are accepted.
This practice now accepts the following insurance providers. Additional will be added in the future.
